will a dc-sports header bolt right in to a b16 or is it longer or shorter?

it will hang lower (as in less ground clearance) because the b18 block is taller.

What's the design? 4-2-1 or 4-1?

my jdm 4-1 header (like the jdm itr) is the same length. just hangs a little low. and you need a 2.5" cat.

What car do you have? Integra gsr header are shorter. B16/Type R are same length. Not sure about ls.

Realistically you would want the 4-2-1 design to 'save' the TQ which would be lost by the 4-1 design. However, the gains are MUCH (overall) with the 4-1 design in my opinion, at high RPM's you will feel the increased power. Again, the dyno screenshots are very informative.

Don't for get the torque the header down evenly on the gasket!
