Hi Gang:

I recently put a transmission in my 94 and it shifts very hard upshifting or down shifting. It really bangs! I took it to a transmission shop where I was told that the transmission is good and the cause of the hard shifting must take place in the universal, mount or???? The man at the transmission shop can't figure this out.

Any suggestions out there?

its normal. If you had the tranny checked out then your fine.

 

wow.......this has been covered 5 times the last month..........honda auto trannies shift really hard, so get used to it.....maybe some new tranny fluid will help to quell it a bit, but thats commonplace for accords
