Usually, tint shops just peel the tint off, then spray warm soapy water, then let it soak, and either use a brillow pad or a razor blade to remove the glue. Just be careful on the back glass not to srape the lines for the defroster off. Anyone know a good way to get the tint off of the back glass off?

spray the back window with a glass cleaner based with amonia..then cover the back window with black garbage bag and put car in the sun for few hours..when you pull off the garbage bag most of the tint should come with it

You may also want to make sure the glass is at least warm. If you are in a cold area, may want to use a blow dryer to help you out. Cold tint comes of SLOW.

That is how most tint shops will remove the back window tint.

$70.00 is probably an average removal price for 3-5 windows

Try mixing some water and ammonia, put it in a spray bottle, spray it on and let it soak in for a little bit, then scrape it off with a blade. Be careful when doing the rear window. You don't want to damage the window defrosters with the blade.
