Default Greddy Electronic Boost Gauge Install...

Just gone done putting in my boost gauge and I figured I would post up some pics and a how-to, its easy but its always good to have some reference....

First I got an autometer 2 1/16" gauge cup from pep boys for 20$ its roughly 52mm and it fits the greddy gauge nice and tight...

K now that you have a way to mount it find a spot to put it and drill in the base for the gauge cup and test fit the gauge then there is two sets of wires that go to the gauge, one set is for the sensor and the other 4 wires are for the power and ground.

Use the accessory plugs for power, from right to left its 1 2 3 4 5

Red is 12v+ Number 5 plug
Orange is Ignition Number 1 plug
White is parking lights Number 2 plug
Black is ground and that goes to the cahsis somehow I used the clutch master bolt
I had to extend my wires cause I bought mine used so thats why they are blue and white....

Now for the sensor I mounted mine using a bracket bolt and it fit perfect, just T off your FPR vaccum hose and make shure to use the supplied orifice for the side that goes to the sensor. Then run the wire through that large black plug that passes through the firewall in the right corner youll see it I dont have a pic of the plug...

K now just run the wires to the guage, get your gauge all mounted up with the supplied hardware from the gauge cup and boost with confidence....

Nice write up. Pictures are always helpful. It's good to see some people are willing to take the time to do things like this. It's good to have some place to send the noobs. On the other hand it gets rid of those hours of fun of trying to figure out what you messed up.
