HELP - any tips on installing new pads & rotors?
i've got brembo blanks and metal master pads to replace my worn setup in front. i'll be changing them out sometime this week. just wondering if you guys have any tips or if there's anything i can expect to have problems with. this is the first time in the almost 4 yrs i've had my car that i'm changing them. not sure if the previous owner changed them either.
thanks in advance.

Theres a pretty good article on team integra (am i allowed to say that?) for changing out your rotors and pads - check articles/maintenance, i just did my pads but yeah its good, you should also look at bleeding all your brakes if you're changing your rotors, you got a haynes/helms manual as well? you should pick that up before you do any work on the car.
Get a 4" or 6" C-Clamp. So you can push the piston back in and get an impact driver so you can loosen the screws holding the rotor too the hub assembly. It should take you maybe an hour to do the front if its your first time.

the impact driver is a must. your rotor screws will be impossible to get off w/o one. best 8 bux i spent at harbor freight tools.
i have some pics of the install as well on my website... (link in my sig below). and i'm actually gonna be doin exactly the same thing probably tomorrow. As for special tips... yea really you should use an impact driver... definitely needed.
While you're changing your pads and rotors, you might want to inspect your slider pins and their boots. Regrease if dry, replace the boots if cracked or ripped.
