Will my oil burning problems ruin my cat? I'm getting blue/white smoke at anything after 2500 rpm... so theres no doubt i'm burning oil... it smells like it... but will this ruin my cat if i drive on it? and of course i'm planning on fixing it, but for the meantime i need my car, i'll have to put on at least 500 miles with a smoking tailpipe....

 

You'll be fine; just fix the problem when you can.
