Default Tips for cleaning the engine bay.

If you saw my engine bay it'd be pretty obvious that I've never done it before lol. So what should I cover up besides the dizzy? I'm going to spray it down with simple green and hit it with a pressure washer.

simple green is your friend.

Once you have all the dirt and grime off spray the entire engine compartment with tire foam. Ya know the spray on and watch kinda stuff. Not the one you have to wipe off. I did this last time I washed my car and the results were unbelievable. a week later it still looks good. Good luck

To clean my engine bay I use Meguiars APC+ cleaner and spray it all over the engine bay. I let it sit for a couple of minutes and then I get a brush to clean the problem areas. I then spray down the bay with a regular hose. Next, I spray down the bay with CD-2 Engine dressing. I also use some 303 on the plastic. Lastly, dont forget to put some wax/sealant on the painted areas.
