Stock mounts, with inserts. I believe Energy Suspension, but don't quote me on that.

how can you tell the differnce between energy and prothane inserts? i personally have prothane ones and i can't tell the difference visually.

for civics, you just unbolt the stock mounts and insert the urethane pieces. however, the driver side integra mount requires you to press out (using a hydraulic press) the stock rubber insides in order to use the insert.

i got my prothane kit (rear, tranny, and driver mount inserts) for my 00 si cuz i was getting hella wheel hop with the ACT street clutch kit. i paid $25 for it on ebay...definitely worth it for the amount of wheel hop it eliminates. labor on the rear mount is a bit challenging though. overall one of the best mods i've ever done. good luck

how difficult is swapping in the inserts?

how do the energy w/ stock mounts compare to other aftermarket mount kits?
