Default Nasty Electrical Problem...Need help ASAP!!!

Here is the scenario:
My car is a 95 LS-SE, which used to be turbo, but i sold it for a b18c1 swap. I've had the swap in for about 1 week, and have been running off of the LS ECU with no prob. However, 4 nights ago some a**holes tried to steal my car. In the process of stealing it, they tried to punch the ignition, broke the ignition cylinder, ripped my alarm out, ripped some relay out, stole my ECU, ripped the maint req box out, and generally wreaked havoc to the interior of my car.

So today i get my hands on a P72 ECU, so i can take adv. of the b18c1.
I got the car started, and it throws code 23, like it should, cause the wires for vtec haven't been run yet. However, this is where things get nasty.

The car will barely start, when it does, it has a hard time idling. At idle the tach will bounce from 750rpm to 8k and bounce all over the place. The speedo will do the same. The car will also intermitently cut out. This is all with no extra throttle input on my part. While driving, and holding the car steady at like 60mph or 3k in 5th, the tach will jump to 9k-7k-2k-6k-0 and eventually cut out. The speedo will also show random mph at idle. Now, this almost has to be electrical, cause the engine doesn't rev to 8k and such at idle, just the tach/speedo goes wild.
Any ideas? TPS? VSS?

Tom

You will need to either replace the harness or look for broken wires.
This is not something that the board will be able to help you with.
