Car not starting problem Need Help ASAP!!!!!!!
I recently put a b16a into my eg civic hatchback and the only thing that I had was take out the resistor box had to solder the wires back together and 1 wire for the colling temp sending unit connector. Its got fuel to when you turn the key over to start it nothing! I do here the ecu clicking when I do it does that mean it is still good or is the ecu bad? I also checcked the ignition fuse it is good and all connectors. I think the ecu might be bad but if the car is getting fuel then it has to be spark! I just dont know I am stumped at this point I dont know what to do now. If anyone has any insight please feel free to help me out I need help ASAP!!! Also not that it might matter but my car is a cx chassis instead of a vx/si.

Re: Car not starting problem Need Help ASAP!!!!!!!
Its a brand new motor that I bought from a kid that got it from hmotorsonline.com and the car was just running 2 days ago just fine but now Its not trying to start or nothing.
I can hear the ecu clicking but not trying to start at all. I have checked all the power wires fuses wires everything. I am just stumped because it only takes a honda to run off of spark and fuel. Can ignition switches go bad? just like that.

omg I found the freaking problem!!!! if it wasn't for going to a thread started by Jxhbk I think his name is I would of never found it. ok there are 2 clutch switches on the clutch pedal 1 is a white plug that one is ok, but the one above it is a yellow plug and when I pushed it in the car started. the problem was the black part on the plug was never getting pushed in!! Thank goodness it has nothing to do with the freaking wiring!!!!
