Default loose timing belt?!?...(video)

here's a short vid of my timing belt as i'm hitting the throttle
notice the "looseness" from left to right
is this more than usual?
i have an erratic idle problem that goes with this
idles at 2k when i first start...
then well after warm up idles from 1.1k to 1.5k constantly
could my "loose" belt have something to do with this?
have an lsvtec setup
please help??

Don't think the problem lies within the timing belt. But how much freeplay does the belt have when the car is off? I believe it should be able to move on the longer side about an inch back and forth.

But as for your idle, I would check your IACV, TPS, ignition timing, maybe even too much fuel, or even a vacuum leak. These are some of the things I'd check first. Good luck.
