will i pass smog?
will i pass smog for not plugging that sensor (or whatever you call it) in? its time for smog and gots to take out my turbo and borrow a intake with the carb sticker and notice the sensor dont fit.

with the intake air temp disconnected you may or may not fail. you should fail visual, but you may not. you will fail if the sensor is disconnected from the harness almost for sure. evap monitors are dependant on IAT, they run normally relative to IAT and ECT being close in value. i have seen cars not running monitors due to bad or disconnected IAT's. also if it is disconnected it will probably set a DTC for low or no IAT signal. you can try leaving it connected but not in the intake, and hope they dont notice.
