Default LS/Vtec without the Vtec ecu but with VAFC, how ?

I recently acquired a vafc and in the process of doing a ls/vtec. Is it possible to not use a Vtec ecu and just use the vafc to engage the v-tec if its possible how do you hook up the four wires thats left on the vafc(for vtec). If some could assist with this question, please enlighten me!!! Thanks!!

incorrect.

if u have the vafc installed just as you would on any vtec car. it will work for sure, but not at its full potential.

i always pull my vtec ecu out and test non vtec ecu's when i chip computers.
