ive got a '98 civic ex...
tryin' to replace the pcv valve...but CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHERE IT IS...someone help...

so i think i kno where it is now...but it's like hidden underneath this black plastic thingy right?? how do i go about removing this junx??

Why the hell are you replacing the PCV valve? I REALLY doubt it needs replacement, unless of course you have a P.O.S. aftermarket valve in there now.
