Default Crower 2.5L Stroker Kit

Even though it's not listed on their website...

Crower makes a 2.5L Stroker Kit for the H22A

90mm Bore x 101.6mm Stroke
Any Compression

Cost is $3800 and it takes 16 weeks to get it.

Anyone has any experience with it?

I thought it was in the $2400 range? A user is selling his in a shortblock for I believe 3500$. Personally, for a daily driver $3800 is too much money for a crank. I don't even want to think about how I would feel about spinning a rod with that crank and/or breaking it.

Send a PM to joel, he knows him I believe.

Yeah they asked us if we wanted one........ definatly not worth a streetcar.... the drag civic we work on did however pickup a 2.3 custom stroker kit for a B18...... took them 6months to make..... which he then broke last season, after 4 passes i believe..... hows that for luck?? not sure how much that cost..... may have been a sponsor thing.... either way..... i'll leave the stroking to the chevy guys-- that sounds really bad

you can just get a f23 crank and rods with 90mm bore and have a 2.5L much much cheaper

But would you trust the F23, F22, or the H23 cranks?

Yeah, I saw that. Looks very nice, except for the 16.0:1 Compression Ratio. HOLY!

Would that 2.6L stroker kit be able to run on the streets, and circut? I assume the street driving wouldn't be a good idea huh?
