heater core

alright i have a problem
when i sit at idle and i have my heater on, i smell burnt coolant and then it goes away after i start driving
is it the heater core?

Check to see if you have any leaks.

sounds like the heater core to me.. sorry man, but those are a pain to replace

there is no leaks i checked. man how much is a heater core, or can i get a refurbished one.
will the one right no i have take alot of coolant up to?
