I'm using one of the 3 shock bolts as a ground, just make sure you grind off the paint around that area so it gets a good connection.....

that is a Db Drag car, prolly NOT DRIVEN on the street. Water + Oxygen = Corosion, which is rust and such. Anyways not enough room under the car to do it, les you pound up the trunk lining area. You plan on going turbo, why do you want to add the extra weight, or you just a dumb street runner, light to light....go play russian roulette

Water and flowing electricity DO NOT mix well. There's a good reason why the make marine boxes for boats.

I drilled a hole through the sheet metal panel that the jack sits behind, then used a bolt w/ a giant washer.

btw, relocating the battery makes a huge difference & makes the car handle much better

that car has a huge turbo - im guessing the plexi windows are for wieght reduction- so they probly do drive it on the street, and arent optimas supposed to be damn near indestructable? i know water and electricity dont mix, id make a sealed cover for the terminals, i was just wondering if anyone had any luck finding a spot under there car, cause i need the room up front for piping and i already have a 10lb nitrous bottle and a 12" in my trunk.

and im not a dumb street racer going light to light whatever the fuc thats about. i dont even race people, stuff i do to my engine is more for fun, unlike some people i know my car isint fast and the turbo is more like a project just to gain knowledge

edit: actually i did race my friend in his 95 civic ex twice one time.. it was pretty even tho but i had a fat kid in my car - and i didnt shoot the juice

still take my last line of advice.

You either want speed or show....you cant get the best of both less you have a fat wallet, and as much as I love preludes, hell I have the cursive logo on my left leg below my knee, you should have bought a faster car if you want speed, Turbo will drain your wallet fast on a honda, so there is your weight reduction, and a Drag racer WONT USE OPTIMA they weigh too much, they will either pick up some dinky lil battery or do whatever, but a drag car is ment to get rid of weight, not build a system that you need Plexiglass for, and most the time drag cars use lexan, lighter

oh yeah see that lil blue thing on the top of your Race car CRX, I believe that is a Db counter. I may be wrong, but im 95% sure thats a Db counter, once again proving your wrong about that car being a raceer
