Thanks, i would really appreciate knowing where to get one. I can only find adapters for the stop shifter but like i said i just want the shifter to be shorter no over all not just change the throw which is all this adapter does.

Here is a link to nuespeed adapter that im talking about, many other companies make the same thing.

Check sig

I am 4bidden that the previous guy mentioned. Yes, I still offer the discount for AD members. Also, I am sold out right now and am offering even better pricing for "pre-orders" within the next 2 or so days. They'll be ready to ship in a little over a week.

$115 shipped, email me if interested - jeremy@forbiddenmotorsports.com

as far as lowering the height of the shifter what i did is first of all, i removed the bushings between the shifter plate and the body and placed them on top of the other bushings. that dropped it down about 3/4 of an inch.

then i went and bought a die wrench thing, 12mm die with 1.50 pitch, a 11mm die with 1.50 pitch, and a 10mm die with 1.50 pitch.
i started first with the 12mm die and threaded down past the threads about 1.5 inches, then went over those new threads with the 11mm die, then over those with the 10mm die, then i cut off about 1.5 inches of the original thread and screwed my shift **** right back on. it took me maybe 10 minutes since i have taken out my console many times. there is a write-up on it in the prelude forum.

the shifter height is a whole lot shorter but the throw isn't any shorter, im going to buy one of those adapters when i get a chance.

Just so you know, that picture isnt of the actual product. I'd be willing to bet that its also an adapter.
