My teg wont start. Everything checked fine (Alternator, starter, battery, 12V connection, ECU) It seems as if everything is ok, but the starter will not turn on and the car wont turn over. Got a suggestion that my clutch master cylinder might be the problem since it wont engage the clutch...
So the question is : If my clutch master cylinder is wasted and there is no fluid in the reservoir, can my car still start?

If your clutch MC is bad, the clutch will not engage, hence you will not be able to start the car. It should be rather obvious if your MC is bad though, the clutch pedal will depress with little effort. Also, there will almost always be black fluid up behind the base of the clutch pedal, against the inner firewall, where the MC mounts.
But like I said, it's very obvious when your MC goes bad, so I don't think that's your problem...

my next door neighboor and his accord does this..you have to hold the clutch at a certain point to be able to start the car..he doesnt know why, and its not a security feature so me and him are clueless.

^^^ above is mostly correct, but I wish to add that the car can be started in neutral with the clutch pedal depressed.
But another thing I'd check. Get under the dash and check the clutch pedal. It depresses a button when the pedal is not pressed down. That's the button that tells the car when the clutch is pressed down. If that button somehow failed, your car wouldn't even attempt to start.

Like he said. The switch on the clutch pedal goes bad so check that out. You may want to disconnect the switch and jumper it. Just be sure the car is in neutral when you try to start it.

Thanks everyone, it seems to be the switch. The MC is leaking, and I figured it was on it's last legs. But it was able to hold fluid and all...but does diminish in weeks.
