Default B20Z1/B16A2 hybrid engine. Search didn't help.

Hi!

Looking for some information. Now swaping in to my hacth the b16A2 engine. And have the B20Z1 99+ CRV engine.

Do not make the Ls/vtec swap because don't know if it will run with my P30 B16A2 ECU.

Looking in to HT search and did not find anything about that.

Here in Europe we do not have the posibilitie to chip P28 ECU.

My wiring will be from the same car as engine - VTI model.

It is almoust inposible to find OBD1 ITR ECU. We have Integras only from 98 year and they all Type-R(7 cars in country). I can't use any Integra part because don't have them in my country.

So, I have what I have and nothing more. Two engines B16A2, B20Z1 and one P30 ecu.

How I understand problems can be in fuel, need biger injectors and fuel presure regulator. How big injenctors for stock ECU, I mean how much cc?

What about head screwbolts. I was readed that B16A2 are to short, using of them are danger. Can I use B20Z head screwbolts?

Need some more info. Some sites where I can reed more about that swap.

Thank's. I read everything.

There was ARP head bolts which I don't have. The same question still opened, can I use head bolts from B20Z1?

In that "how to" was not any words about ECU. What kaind I can use.

But there I hound a lot info which will help me. Thank's anyway

Use the B18C/gsr headstuds for the hybrid.
About the ecu, you can use any chipped ECU for the engine.. just have something to tune your fuel like vafc, hondata, etc..
I would also recommend getting some stock Prelude injectors for your setup you might run on the lean side.

oh.. just saw you can't chipped the ecu over there.. well try getting one chipped fm the US..
if not.. you can use your p30 ecu fine.. just fine tune it with a vafc or Hondata..

what are you saying?
you can´t get Integra parts??
If you can´t get arp or aebs b18c headstuds.. then use OEM b18c ones.. you´ll be fine.

If you can't buy new Integra head bolts, you are pretty much out of luck, as no other Honda automobile uses the same head bolts as the GSR, of which you will need to use.

So, must order ARP head studs. I think I will do like that.

What about timing belt? How to set b16A2 camshaft timing with B20Z1 crunkshaft?

you need all from the b18c...
b18c timing belt
water pump, oil pump, headstuds and preferably some nice arp rod bolts too..
