My friend currently has a all stock automatic LS. Today on the way home it bogged out. It won't go any faster than 25 mph, and she said it is smoking. It isn't throwing any codes at all. She said she noticed the fans weren't kicked on and she tried reving it up and it would go to 3500 at the highest and then would bog to 2700. Any Ideas?
