Default need some help abot which nos to use.. dry or wet

i keep hearing diff things i want to get some nos about 50 to 75 shot but peolpe keep teling me diff. things some say dry is better for a stock enigne like i have with a zex kit and it will not mess ur enige up .. and they say wet will blow your eninge with a stock enigne ..... other peolpe tell me that wet is better b/c it goes in the fuel and it is better that way ... and they sa that dry is worst b/c it may not get the right fuel it needs with dry and mess the eninge up .... what do u guys think .. i got a 94 ls teg .. with bolt ons and in take ... . tell me what is the best so i don;t mess anything up ...
