Default Anyone fixed stripped block threads from wrong headbolt? helicoil?

I found a good deal on a GSR shortblock but the owner put the wrong headbolts in the head and stripped the threads. If I took the block to a machine shop could they put in a helicoil and would this be strong enough for N/A application?

EDIT: Also, for a poor mans ITR setup, I'll be using my 99 B16a head. What headgasket should I use b16a or b18c? how much compression will I get back using a 1 or 2 layer headgasket? GSR oil pump and timing belt?
