starting problem
when I turn my key to start the car, the starter turns for about 1/8 of a sec, stop, and if I keep on holding, the starter turns again and the engine start. I don't think it is the starter because it is new. Could it be a relay problem? I'm guessing the relay doesn't make good contacts thus not providing enough amps to the starter. I have no idea how the is ignition wired so it is just a guess. What happen when the key is turn to start the starter? What is going on?
