Default oil pan baffling request...

hey all,
i have recently gained access to a machine shop and a bit of aluminum sheetmetal and i would like to make myself a set of baffles for my stock oil pan. the only problem is that i'm currently away at school and have no access to a honda oil pan. if anybody has made baffles and has either a full-sized template scanned or dimesions of the baffling, please please please post them up.
thanks in advance!

i can just as easily make the baffles out of steel so BUMP.

Don't be a Douche Bag, Soup. Not all of us have cars held together with JB weld.

We make baffles for the stock pans - CAD designed and laser cut. We haven't updated the website yet but the info should be up this week. $19.

They can be welded in or if you want a weldless install you can use sheet metal screws or pop rivets.

Sure, we can TIG weld them on if you send us your stock pan.

Or any good machine shop or decent muffler shop can do so.

It's possible. We recommend welding them in, but some people don't want to/don't know how to/or too cheap to weld. So the ghetto install option is sheet metal screws (the self-drilling kind) or pop rivets. If done right they will not come loose.

But you're right, I certainly wouldn't want to lose sleep at night wondering when my pop rivets are going to fall apart inside my pan. So if you want to be certain the only option is welding.

The only thing to remember with weldng is that you either have to reinstall the pan soon or paint the pan or it will start to rust since the pan is just steel. Or you can wipe the bare areas with a light coat of assembly lube if it will sit on shelf or on your dry engine while you're building your kaa.
