Default usdm h23a1 to jdm h22a swap need help with a coil issue

can someone help me figure out what im suppose to do , i have already transfered the h23 distributor over but i am lost on the coil location for my h23 setup onto the h22 can someone take the image below and help me on getting this installed right or even point out things i need to do for this.

the external coil bolts on to the to bolts that are left to the distributor in that pic. they should be 10 mm bolts

anyone have a image that would help me pictures are 1000 words, the 2 bolts to the left of distributor in that pic is for the vtec silinoid.

there should be a bracket that holds the external coil, that is where its bolted down on my engine. ill try to get a pic later tonight

yeap...same here
you will probably have to buy the braket or just put it somewhere safe where it wont get thrown around

I think the JDM H22's had internal coil distributors. You can try to use the JDM distributor, or perhaps move the coil from the JDM to the H23. I think either way you will end up doing some wiring. Otherwise you need the mounting brackets for the external coil. I think the H23 brackets are different, or at least partially different. You can fab your own or try to find some off a H22. Here is what it looks like:

since its a JDM engine you wont have the bracket you need, I had to buy one (two pieces) before i could actually install it correctly. I just kind of strapped mine down for a few months til i got the parts i needed.
