Default Rewiring for External Coil Dizzy

Hey guys, quick question:

Does anyone know how to wire the dizzy off of a USDM H23A1 (External Coil) for use on a JDM H22A (Internal Coil)?

My ignitor just went, and I still have my old H23A1 from before the swap with the dizzy. I'd like to use that if possible.

Also, another important question:
Are the Cap+Rotor interchangeable between these two distributors? The cap and possibly rotor on my H23A1 is broken but the one on the H22A is still good.

Thanks for the help.

ummm, do you want to keep internal coil? If you don't care just take your h23 distributor and put it on the h22... its not a big deal. You can move the externel coil over too, you should be able to find a place to mount it with a bracket, if not just zip tie it somewhere (some guy on PO ziptied it to his AC lines)
