do all honda head have studs coming out of the exhaust ports
in every car i have ever seen when you take off the header there are studs for all the bolts. We took off the turbo manifold on my friends b18c5 hatch and there were only two and the rest were holes with screws?
from the factory, yes they are all studs with nuts.
they have a tendency to break so replacing them with bolts is not uncommon.

most all newer OBD2 heads (besides sohc) have only 2 studs (both lower corners) and have bolts for the rest.
Yes indeed, the two outer most holes have studs and the rest are bolts. Studs are better clamping so go with those. Its cheaper for Honda to put bolts in there so they save 2 cents per car.

Not only that but when threads go bad its better when they're on a replaceable stud instead of the head.

yes theres 2 studs on each side of the head. It actually helps when putting a header on , it gives you something for the header to hold on to whille your screwing in the other bolts

This is true and it the bolt is crossthred some when you pull it out make sure you replace it , and not use it again.
