Confused about head bolts and studs(searched)

Confused about head bolts and studs(searched)
i feel stupid asking this but oh well thats how we learn...Ok i just need some one to explain the difference between head studs and head bolts in my case i have a gsr head and b16 block(doing that way cause i got them seperate for cheap) they did not come with bolts or studs or whatever I'm going turbo what do i get?? it will be arp or aebs i'm just lost as to what to get! do i need both bolts and studs? i'm reading people saying get studs they're better but why? if you get studs do you have to get bolts? just need to know what i need to get for a turbo set up please help thanx....

The difference between bolts and studs are that bolts have heads on them to tighten them down and put the stress on the threads of the block,pulling them out if you remove the bolts to often.Studs don't have heads they are threaded at both ends and screwed into the block by hand,the head is installed and then the nut is tightened down wich puts the stress on the studs threads and not the block's.It's to prevent the wearing out of race blocks normally but is also used for when you have increased cylinder pressures then bolts can hold,studs are usually made of better material then stock bolts and will resist stretching more.

ohhhh! I understand now so all I would need is ARP or AEBS head STUDS well preferably that is... and i'm guessing i use the ones for gsr right?
