alright right now im basically stock except for my aem cai next on the agenda i plan on buying an apexi n1 exhaust.. now for my question what should i get after that... i might go turbo so i dont plan on buying headers, how much would a throttle body help what kind of gains can i expect? i have an auto ls 94

I heard that TB and Skunk2 intake man. would be good mods for a turbo setup. Try a search, I'm sure there should be some info regarding that.

how about doing ur throttle body urself and save some money, not hard, just time consumming and some wrist soreness

 

This may be out of subject a little bit but dont get the apex-i n1 exhaust. I have heard them and they sound terrible. They have that high pitch sound, kinda like when you add just a tip to a crx. Im more a deeper noise exhaust than one that just makes noise. That may be just the ones i've heard, one was a 94 ls integra, and one was a 95 vtec prelude both of them stick. I could be wrong but thats just my opinion

 

o thanx for the input man so u dont really recommend that exhaust what would u recommend....i want a deep tone but not ricey i want it low at low rpm's but at the same time screaming when on full throttle , so the throttle body wouldn't help to much? turbo will probably be the last thing i do so im just looking for parts that will help me out for the time being....

 

if u want a exhaust go for something that is 3in all the way from the cat back

also get bigger cat too since u plan on going turbo.
but i would be concerned about ur auto tranny also
u need a manual tranny to take advantage of the power band

 

hey stick do you like how your n1 exhaust sounds? I might be wrong its just the two times ive heard them they get that high pitch sound instead of a deep sound. I like how the n1's look, i was thinking about getting that but when i heard it, it held me back. I like how the worldsport sounds, and the dcsports tcs exhausts sound. They arent too loud until you get to higher rpms.

 

i like it alot especially with the silencer in. not loud at all under 4k rpm but once vtec kicks in its somewhat loud cuz of the silencer. without silencer its deep and loud from 3k and up but the loudness seems to lessen the higher up on the rpms.
hope that makes sense.

 

i have a 64mm tb and i love it! I can definately feel an increase in power in the midrange. It also feels a lot more responsive.
