hi guys, i dont plan a running a sub but i still would like to have the bass necessary to play house, trance and r&b. I've considering getting the alpine 6x9's type r's. Just wanna know from those who owe a pair of these what they think of their bass response compared to say the type s's

little better imo, however still not up to par if your wanting to get the full range of sound from house, trance, and r&b.

 

get mb quarts dtc 6x9. good tweet and nice deep bass.
