1mm over size valve, yes or no?? turbo h22
i'm tring to decide which valve i should get for my turbo h22. what are some problem if i decide to go with the 1mm over? i'm planning on running about 600+hp. using cp pistons. i talk to portflow and they said to go with the 1mm over for a turbo h22. what do you guys think? what are you guys using for your tubo h22?
if you go 1mm over, you risk the chance greatly of the valve going through the valve seat, which is a hard thing to fix from what ive read and seen. i got mine .5mm over and i didnt need new seats but if you do it, just make sure you have faith in the machine shop.

Since turbo relies more on exhaust side so I thought it would be more effective in going with 1mm exhaust to expel the heat. As for .5mm intake my head will receive minor head work which effect subtle results.
