Default H22 Head

Hey guys long time reader first poster... anway getting to the point- I'm currently working on building up an h22 for roughly 20-25psi if not a little more and the only thing I'm completely stuck on so far after my long and sleepless nights of research is what I should do with the head machine wise... oversized I assume but how much? Intake and exhaust or just exhaust side, how much is too much, that kind of things... don't really forsee a problem budget wise so any suggestions you guys have would rock. Thanks in advance!

so then "we" find stock sized valves most optimal for the overall engine performance?

0.5mm oversize works well in the H22.
the intake seats really should be changed to go to 1mm oversize.
I have run +2mm valves in some h22's

some 0.5mm on both intake and exhaust gets the installed height of the valve back to where it should be, give some room to maximize the venturi ratio when porting out the bowls and such,,,,,,deshrouding the chambers to proper dimensions and spots helps flow.
not too difficult to get +300 cfm out of these heads.
working the exhaust side helps produce better spooling. all done relative to which cams you run , of course.
