Default Inner Wheel Clearance Question?

I have a set of brakes and I am trying to find another set of wheels to fit over them; I need 14.2 inches or 360.6mm of inner rim clearance at the hub flange. For my everyday race wheels I use a 15" modular wheel and have enough clearance, Can anyone recommend a forged or cast wheel 15" or 16", +42 offset, that has lots of inner clearance? My old Kosei K1s, 15 X 7, +45 offset are close but don't make it. How much clearance do TE-37s or SSR Competitions have? Do they have lots of spoke strengthing web on the inside of the actual rim portion of the wheel? Thanks!
