Default What managment to run my car on for the time being?

I currently have an aem ems with a set or 720cc siemen dekka injectors, but my local tunner is tied up untill mid to late march. So untill then im going to pick up a set of dsm 450cc injectors and try to run something in the mean time. Here are my considerations:

vafc hack with 3bar
or
fmu
or
try to use the basemap on the aem ems for 450cc injectors (i have limited knowlegde on the aem ems, so im reluctant on this one)

Anyone recomend one over the other or recomend something else entirely? I heard the hack screws your timing, so couldnt this be redone with a msd btm? and i heard the fmu is pretty bad because it could signifigantly raise fuel pressure to a dangerous level, but couldnt this also be undone with a fpr? im sorry if some of my facts or off base. Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

I think the easiest thing to do would be to keep your stock injectors and run an FMU. Just keep the boost LOW and make sure you retard your timing until you can get it tuned.

Sell the EMS and just run one of the FREE ROM Editors that are floating around.

You can run low boost for a month can't you? Is it worth it to risk your motor?

I thought you were looking for a temporary solution until you could get the car to a tuner.

well if i go off your method, the stock injectors are 240cc i believe, and me wastegate has a 7pound spring. would a fmu and stock inectors hold that?

well you're looking at some pretty high fuel pressures +120psi, so you would probably need an inline fuel pump, people do it, but it's not something you want to run permanently.

Or if you don't like that idea, just take the spring out of your wastegate, might get kinda loud though, but it won't cost you anything.

do the afc hack. it works soo good and you dont even need the 3 bar when you are under 10psi. its really easy to hook up and drives great.

I went from an FMU to the hack it was night and day
Then I went from the hack to the AEM and again it was just that much better

overall the hack is easy and a lot better then an FMU

if you really want to go FMU I got one for sale, but I wouldnt recomend going that route

Edit: just to let you know, I put 2k miles on my car with the hack running 7psi with 9.6:1 CR, never had any problems and my EGT stayed well under the safe limit
