im havign the exact problem. my whole car sits an inch higher on the right side. i jsut put brand new tokico illuminas and its still sits wrong. im thinking my springs are screwed up.
It is most likely your springs.....
when i bought my car about a month and a half ago they installed the wrong springs in the back and my whole rear end sits about 2 inches higher. I am replacing my suspension with eibach pro kit and koni reds to solve it.....

I have the same problem, check it out here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=772564.
I removed all 4 springs and the 2 front were upside down.. and the rear drivers side was a different shock. Now I replaced the rear drivers side shock, and changed around the front springs and still same ****. I check the springs and they all were the same height. I'm stumped

you guys need to reset your bushings. the bushings are being stressed because theyre lowered. since the inner sleeve is bonded to the rubber, the rubber bushing is acting like a spring, or not, depending on the condition of your bushings. so you have to raise your car on jackstands, take off the wheel and jack up the suspension til that corner is just off the jack stands then loosen and retighten your bushings. this should fix it. otherwise, youve done sometihng different in the installation like the spring not seated perfectly. theres nothing wrong with the shock or spring. this step is often missed and IS stated in the helms manual.
Another common problem is when the spring is shorter than the strut (ie. when the strut is assembled the spring isn't tight and can move around.) Some times the spring won't settle properly in the perch and that can cause the ride height to change on only one corner. Just my $.02
