Default HELP! rear suspension problem / driver side 1" lower then passenger side (Pics)

To start off, I have an 89 crx si lowered on H&R race springs on oem shocks. The drivers side is about 1" lower then the passenger side and i'm tired of driving around in a gangsta lean. Tonight I decided to take off the wheels and attempt to find out why its like that. Tell me if you see something wrong...

Here is a pic of the drivers side.. "the lower side"

Passenger side "higher side"

Now if you havent noticed by now, look at the first set of writing on the 1st pic "drivers side" where the H&R logo is, see how the shock tower ends there? Now look at the passenger side, see how the shock tower ends at the 2nd set of writing where the part number of the spring is. WTF!

Now good thing I have a spare set of rear shocks. I put it side to side on each side and look what i found.

Here is the bottom of the shock where the spring sits.

Sorry 56k'ers but I went pic happy so I can show as much detail on this problem so maybe somebody can tell me what the hell is wrong! blah, anybody?

thats wierd, i jus put new gc coilovers on mine and my pass side was about 1 inch lower than my drivers side. and after a day of the gangsta lean i doubled checked everything i installed. checked tire pressure to see if the tire was low. and added air, which brought it up about a half an inch and then i jus adjusted the coil sleeve to match up the sides. but unfortunatly you cannot do that. just double check i guess

y0! I'm afraid if I change the rear shock on the driver side, it will raise my car up 4 x 4 style. This is ghey.
