Default ROUGH idle

91 Accord 5-speed 198k has extremely rough idle. You can see the hood shake. The idle speed on the car tach is about 500 rpm.

adjusting the idle will just cover the problem up. Fix it right the first time. As mentioned above, start with the easy/cheap stuff. Wires, plugs, fuel filter, etc...

Put some BG-44K Fuel Treatment in gas. The Throttle Body and fuel injection syatem need to be clean . Costs about $20.00 for 11 oz Can . Go online to BG Products to find a retailer in your area usually a Car Dealer . This stuff works CLEANS.

Check the engine mounts for excessive wear.
