I'm in the middle of the ES master kit installation...

I found this... http://www.crxsi.com/resources...4.htm

Honestly just get a shop manual for your car so you know how to get the control arms and all off and then choose your weapon...20 ton press or torch and hack saw (one is easier which do you think?). I searched for write ups but once i started i realized that there isn't much to it...just a lot of work and getting really mad.

Good luck!

Yes...well, what's unsafe about it? As long as it's just a small clean drilled hole it will be fine. And why not use the fittings? They are less than a dollar a piece? They will also keep grease from leaking out after you lube it up.

This is exactly what I did.

I have zerk fitting into my LCA's and my rear trailing arm bushings. I used the ES master bushing kit and the instructions off http://www.overboost.com

I have an extra set of 8 Zerk tap fitting from NAPA. I bought these and then left them at work this weekend. I didn't want to drive all the way here and pick them up so i just bought another set...if someone needs them let me know, you can just pay shipping i don't need them.

I really dont think lubeing the outside of the bushing is going to do you any good. The bolt moves inside the bushing not the bushing inside the arms

They probably drilled a hole all the way to the center of the bushing...
