Default high flow cat and 02 sensor?

i just got a high flow cat off ebay and it doesn't have a second o2 bung on it, it just has one on the side were the header connects to the cat.is is it okay to have one welded on the midpiping right where the midpipe connects to the cat right after the flange. cuz i don't want ot mess up the polished stainless steel finish on the cat. or do i have to have both o2 sensors on the cat.

so you only have an 02 bung on your header and not on the cat...well if this is the case then you can add you o2 bung anywhere on the cat or the exhaust pipe...correct me if im wrong but i had this problem before and i asked around and any muffler shop should do it for a decent price...

sorry if i didnt help just helpin out...cuz ive been through it before...
