Default 6th gen DC SPorts Header, anyone with any experience ?

Just wondering if anyone has used the dc sports header on their 6th gen 4 cyl, and if it made a difference in performance for them.

Also will it make any difference if you get a performance header with a stock exhaust ?

DC Sports headers are pieces of ****. From what I've heard, they crack rather easily. As for power gains, the most you'll get is 5whp.

IMO, the best header for the 6th Gen is a 4-1 Kamikaze header with a 2.5" collector. Get that if you are running nitrous.

If you want to stick with DC, just get the ceramic header.

why waste your money on a dc header for your stock engine if you have a h22 turbo in the works?

H22 seems to be taking forever to get done. Im one of those really **** people, and when it comes to my car if im gonna do it its gonna be done really nicely.

So Basically right now the H22 is stripped and being reassembled, and then the turbo will eventually be fitted.

Only reason I ask about the DC sports header is cause I found a guy selling a 2nd hand one for 120 Canadian. Which is cheap

yeah, if it's in good condition, sounds like a great deal. i've had a ceramic dc 4-2-1 on my car since 1996 and no problems what so ever!

no personal experience but i heard it suck from a reliable source

I would buy it in a heart beat, buy it and sell it on ebay.

if you already got a 2.2 at home, modding the sohc kinda pointless but whatever you like, it's your car

120 cdn=100usd+-?
