Default vigor tranny help

i got this as a response to an email. dude is tryin to sell his car and says:

"Its sort of fickle. the transmission hesitates a bit between gears sometimes. Its nothing that would cause an accident or anything, because otherwise I wouldn't sell it. But the timing is off and I had my mechanic adjust it the last time. But since I haven't been using the vehicle I haven't taken it back to him. But its probably something I can take care of before selling it. "

what could be the cause of / solution to this problem? would it be an easy problem to fix? thanks.

I wouldn't touch it,

Vigors and Legends have very sensative electronics, who was working on it,

A regular garage of the dealer...
