bogging at WOT when cold
everytime i go to start my car and it's cold (the engine is cold, not necessarily the temperature outside), anymore than about 40% throttle it bogs... and when i put it at WOT, it really realy bogs down and nearly stalls... anyone know what it could be?

LS or GSR? At what rpms does it bog? If its a GSR Vtec will not engage until the car reaches its operating temp. That would cause it to feel sluggish after 4400rpms.
lol WOT and it won't go any higher than about 2500 rpm. it's a built n/a gsr.
i'm talking about when i just turn on the car and i'm sitting in neutral, not when i'm moving....

no cel, if my o2 sensor would blown then why would it be fine when the engine is warm?
spark plugs and wires were just recently replaced.

The ECU runs on different loops when the engine is cold than when it is at operating temp. I think it is a closed loop for cold (just set values run through the ecu over and over. Values for fuel and air and such.) Once it reaches a high enough temp it switches over to open loop where values from the O2 and other sensors determine the amount of fuel. At least I think thats how it goes. So if that is the case the readings from the O2 sensor would not matter when it is cold.
Assuming that my above statement is true I would guess it involves your ecu. Are you by chance running an after market or chipped ecu? Maybe it has poor settings for the closed loop portion of the programming. Again, thats just a theory.
Edit: If it were an O2 sensor, wouldn't there be a cel light/code?
