Integra brakes on eg, few question.
My friend has a 94 civic dx, and I have a 4 wheel disc conversion that we are planning on putting on it. Is it necessaey to use the integra master cylinder and prop. valve, or is the dx one ok? The integra that the swap was from has abs, we are not going to be using an abs system, is that ok?
Get a 15/16 MC from a 90 or 91 Civic Si. The MC I guess isn't necessary, but its desirable. The size of the MC basically is a balance between pedal effort and travel. The 15/16 is a perfect match. Get some steel braided lines too. And good pads, like Axxis metalmaster or ultimates.
Get a prop valve from a non ABS Integra or Civic w/rear disc brakes. If by necessary you mean safe, then yes it is necessary (the prop valve). Otherwise your front end will lock up easily, which makes your braking suck, which defeats the purpose.
This info is from recent trial/error personal experience. 93 HB DX w/LS 4 wheel conversion. You're welcome.

this is what i used i had the rs booser and master cylinder on but you have to adjust the booster and i didn; want to so i used a 94 civic si booster and master cylinder you can tell the difference they are way bigger on the si than the cx or dx
