Default Painting intake?

when i paint my intake pipe do i have to use high heat paint or just the regular?

what about my heat-shield? it has a tiny bit of rust. is that possible to paint or not?

i used the bumper trim stuff that i bought from pep boys. i had some left over and decided to use it on my intake. it has been a couple months and its all still on there.

i painted my intake and a friends heat shield. just use a really light wetsand then a few coats of high temp paint. if you dont want it to be dull get a glossy color.
