SMOG REF-HELP! B16A2

SMOG REF-HELP! B16A2
I have a 94 Civic Coupe with a '92 B16A 2nd GEN. The only noticeable mods that I have are: DC Headers, Trust Exhaust. My GSR Tranny doesn't have a vin on it, because I bought it from someone who said it was a JDM Tranny. JDM Trannys doesn't have VIN. But I found out that its a stolen USDM. What do I need to do to pass the SMOG REF, besides getting a new tranny.

from what i hear, refs dont know how to tell what year the motor is. if you have a bill of sale saying that it's a 94, they'll take your word for it

Then stay away from the Fullerton Ref.

Well, then...Does anybody want to buy my motor? 1992 B16A 2nd Gen. I am located in Orange County, Ca. It's still in my car and ready for a test drive if you all know anybody.
