Default Bypassing wather, Closed deck sleeves....

i need some input on where to put the bypass on the block and where to run the water into the head. (where to "drill" new holes or where not to drill....)
I will be running a electrick waterpump, so i can pretty much run the water inand out whereever there is rom for it.
