Default How do you get the TPS off?

i got a throttle body for christmas and i am finally getting around to putting it on
but the throttle body that i got from STR does not have any of the sensors on it
i was figuring that i would just be able to remove the screws and put them on the new one.....but it turns out the TPS is not screws they are like screws with the tops of then cut off
anyone have any idea how i can get this off??
do i need to just get a new sensor or can i drill and tap them out
lemme know if any of you have come across this prob?

If you drill the bolt, you'll probably render the throttle body useless unless you can get the other part of the bolt out.

I use a dremel with cut-off disc to cut a slot in the inner washer and bolt and then use a big standard screwdriver to break it loose and thread it out.

If you don't want to go to the trouble, I can sell you the spare TPS I have with bolts/washers/lock washers.
