h22 in a 93 vx

So my buddys got as 93 vx hatch and put a h22 out of a 93 lude. So far he has it running but not smooth or anything.
He swapped the ecu, but i was wondering what extra wires need to be ran from the ecu to compinsate for the cx harness. Also if there is anything else that needs to be changed etc aside from the extra wiring.

i dotn know where trying to get it to run smooth first.
the swap is being finished, this is where were at.
