Default swapping this weekend

So I'm gonna be swapping a JDM d15b into my automatic 1995 civic EX this weekend (auto to auto). I was curious if anybody had any pointers or anything for me before I started. I've already got the car tore down and everything labled so I'm mostly concerned with the swap itself.
Any help is greatly appreciated...
